Who we are

Our products

Every order is printed and finished for you after you place it. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another; a free fabric sample shows the real colour and fabric before you order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include 14% VAT. You pay by one of the methods shown at checkout. For a cash-on-delivery order, we confirm the order with you on WhatsApp before we start making it.

Your order

When you place an order we send you a confirmation by email or text message. If we cannot make or deliver an order, we tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Made to measure

Curtains made to your measurements are priced by quote and need a 50% deposit before we start cutting.

Delivery, returns and cancelling

Delivery is set out in our Shipping policy; returns, refunds and cancelling in our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. They do not limit your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law no. 181 of 2018.
