Ordering

How are the curtains sold?
As a pair: two panels, each 135 × 270 cm flat. One pair covers a width of 140–200 cm.

Which fabric should I choose?
Velvet (209 g/m²) for deep, rich colour; chenille (385 g/m², our heaviest) for a soft, warm texture; matte canvas (247 g/m²) for the sharpest print. Every design comes in all three.

Which heading is right for me?
Grommet rings slide along a pole and give even, easy folds. Pencil pleat gathers the top and hangs from hooks on a track or pole. Rod pocket is a sewn channel the rod slides through, for a classic look.

What does "arrangement" mean on two-sided designs?
Some designs have a left side and a right side. Mixed hangs one of each, as designed. Matched right or matched left gives you two identical panels.

Can you make curtains to my size?
Yes. For wider spans or custom drops, send us your measurements and we will quote. See the Measuring Guide.

Can I order a fabric sample?
Yes — up to 5 free samples of the designs you like, printed on the fabric you choose. Each is 20 × 25 cm with a real grommet, so you can hang it at your window. You pay only delivery, EGP 120, and we take it off your first curtain order within 30 days. We send samples within Egypt for now; if you're abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we'll show you any fabric on a video call.

Do you sell matching cushions?
Yes. On any curtain page, tick "Add matching cushions", choose cover only or filled, and set how many. They are printed with the same design on both sides, on the same fabric, 45 × 45 cm, and their price is added to your order. Filled cushions ship within Egypt only for now.

Will the colours match the photos?
We photograph and print with care, but screens differ, so colours can look slightly different in your room.

Delivery

When will my order ship?
Every order is made for you and dispatched within 5 working days.

Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free everywhere in Egypt. For other countries, see Shipping & Returns; costs are shown at checkout.

Will I pay customs duties?
Not in Egypt. In the Gulf, VAT where it applies is collected by the courier on delivery.

Returns

Can I return my curtains?
Yes: standard pairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, and in Egypt we collect them free. Made-to-measure curtains can't be returned for a change of mind, but we fix any fault free. Full details on Shipping & Returns.

What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days, with photos, and we will remake or refund it at our cost. Outside Egypt, you won't need to send it back.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Standard pairs can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch; made-to-measure orders until we start cutting.
